Beginning in the 1930’s, the Woodard family built the first collection of hand-crafted wrought iron furniture. Their product was the beginning of casual outdoor furniture manufactured using a number of materials, the most prominent being cast and tubular aluminum.

Throughout the years, Woodard expanded its product line to include tubular aluminum, soon followed by cast aluminum furniture, providing an assortment of quality crafted casual furniture pieces. Recently, Woodard added all seasons wicker to their lineup, focusing on design innovation and comfort.

Today, Woodard continues the historical tradition of hand-crafted wrought iron furniture, implementing the same quality craftsmanship in the use of wrought iron, cast aluminum, tubular aluminum and all seasons wicker. Woodard’s state of the art finishing process and quality control are tops in the market.

Every piece in the CLASSICS collection is handmade using solid wrought iron, using a time-honored technique handed down over many years. Factory workers still use an anvil and hammer to forge intricate iron details.

Woodard’s ALUMINUM collections begin with a core of aluminum, with extrusion wall thickness that surpasses the industry’s most rigid standards. Woodard uses only the highest grade aluminum ingots, which are the purest and most resilient alloys available, increasing strength and durability.

Woodard has recently added the ALL SEASONS outdoor wicker, constructed from cutting edge synthetic fibers and an aluminum frame, making the All Seasons wicker resilient and weather-resistant.

All collections offer a variety of frame finishes that seal in Woodard quality while providing color choices to suit any taste.

Woodard furniture also offers umbrellas featuring a crank lift, with push-button, auto-tilt or collar-tilt mechanisms and a large selection of fabrics from which to choose.
