Place an Order

To place an order we require you mail/fax our written order form, including ALL information from our quote to:

Once an order has been entered into production it is not possible to cancel or make any changes. Your order must be accepted as ordered.

Along with your completed order form, we require a 50% deposit to process your order. The 50% deposit is calculated on the total cost of the furniture that you are ordering, excluding any in-bound freight or delivery charges.

The 50% deposit may be paid by one of the following methods:

• Personal check
• Cashier check
• Money order
• Visa
• MasterCard
• American Express

Online furniture

We offer the option of using your Visa, MasterCard or American Express for the DEPOSIT ONLY *. Credit cards ARE NOT accepted for the payment of your final balance.

If you choose to pay your deposit by Visa or MasterCard you may fax your order form to 859-255-2514. Please be sure your sales associate's name appears of the order form.

A copy of your sales invoice will be mailed to you after your order has been placed. It is also your responsibility to be sure you review and check your sales invoice to be sure we have placed your order correctly. If you do not receive your copy within 7-10 days of placing your order or if you have any questions or concerns please contact your sales associate.

Also note, Lexington Furniture Company cannot be responsible for errors pertaining to information you may have received from other sources. If there are costs associated to correcting these errors it will be done at your request and expense. Should you receive incorrect information from a manufacturer's web site, we will be happy to support you in making a claim to them, although we assume no responsibility.

When your furniture is received by the delivery service we will receive a fax from them stating so. At this time, we will notify you by telephone and/or email to send the remaining balance. Your remaining balance will be due and payable BEFORE your furniture will be released to the delivery service for delivery. The final balance is payable by check only.

The in-home delivery fee will be payable to the delivery service at the time of delivery.

UPS Orders/Deliveries

* Orders for any items which are UPSed directly to you from the manufacturer MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE THE ORDER IS PLACED. We can accept personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders, Visa or MasterCard.
