COX Manufacturing was founded in 1932 in Hickory, NC. The main focus of the business has changed very little since that time, Cox still manufacturers beautiful accent upholstery pieces today.

Loveseats, chaise lounges, chairs, ottomans, benches, and headboards are all manufactured in a state-of-the-art facility newly opened in 2004. Care and attention to detail go into each of the products that are offered. Choose a fabric from their line, or you can choose to supply the fabric yourself. All fabrics are carefully applied to the frames by skilled artisans.

Frames are made of solid hardwood and kiln dried. Springs are all hand applied to the frames, using the frame that fits for the style of the furniture being made, they occasional use sinuous wire or coil springs. All frames carry a limited lifetime warranty.

Cox offers 13 wood finishes that can be applied to the frames that feature exposed wood surfaces. Each of the finishes can be ordered in a distressed application.
