Description : Inspiration for the York Chairs was drawn from a late 19th or early 20th century office chair from the Smithsonian Castle Collection. The chair was used for over twenty years in the Smithsonian Archives. These styles of office chairs were often crafted en-suite with a chair design being manufactured as an office swivel chair as well as a matching guest chair. The York Guest Chair has an upholstered seat and back panel with nailhead trim, adding beauty and comfort. It is the perfect complement to the York Swivel Desk Chair.
